Taliban In Afghanistan: Decree gave by Afghanistan's preeminent chief Hibatullah Akhundzada said, "They ought to wear a chadori (make a beeline for toe burqa) as it is conventional and aware."
Kabul:
Afghanistan's preeminent chief and Taliban boss on Saturday requested the country's ladies to wear the all-covering burqa in broad daylight - - perhaps the cruelest control forced on ladies' lives since the hardline Islamists held onto power.
"They ought to wear a chadori (go to toe burqa) as it is conventional and aware," said a declaration gave by Hibatullah Akhundzada that was delivered by Taliban specialists at a capacity in Kabul.
