Seven regular citizens have been killed by Russian shelling in the Kharkiv district in upper east Ukraine throughout the course of recent hours, the territorial lead representative said on Wednesday.
"22 regular citizens, including three kids, have been harmed during shelling of the district. Seven individuals have passed on. A two-year-old kid harmed by shelling a couple of days prior has passed on in emergency clinic," the lead representative, Oleg Synegubov, said via web-based entertainment.
